Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and gn999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the gn999 online casino and sports betting platform available at gn999.bet and any associated mobile interfaces or applications.

Governing Language
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between any translation and the English version, the English version shall prevail in all respects.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to the gn999 platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, and promotional features, is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active.
- You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
- You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
- You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by gn999 or by any third-party responsible gaming body.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
- You have not previously had a gn999 account closed or suspended for violation of these Terms.
Age Verification
gn999 enforces a strict minimum age policy of 18 years. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing your first withdrawal, or at any time when we have reason to suspect that an account holder may be underage. Acceptable proof of age documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or driving licence issued by a recognised authority.
In the event that a player is found to be under the age of 18, gn999 will immediately suspend and permanently close the account. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the original payment method where possible. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited in their entirety and will not be paid out under any circumstances.
Single Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the gn999 platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or otherwise — may be merged or closed at gn999's sole discretion. Bonuses claimed via duplicate accounts will be voided. Where duplicate accounts are found to constitute deliberate abuse, all associated balances may be forfeited.
Account Registration & Security
To access real-money gaming and betting services on gn999, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information. You agree that all information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, residential address, and payment method details — is correct and belongs to you personally.

Account Credentials
Upon successful registration, you will create a unique username and password for your gn999 account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your login details with any other person. gn999 will never contact you by any channel to request your password.
If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access to your account has occurred, you must notify gn999 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. gn999 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
Know Your Customer (KYC)
As part of our commitment to player safety, fraud prevention, and compliance with anti-money laundering best practices, gn999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit documentation including but not limited to:
- A government-issued photo identification document (national ID card, passport, or driving licence).
- Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months).
- Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or bank account showing your registered name and account number).
Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until documentation is received and approved. gn999 processes KYC submissions within two working days of receipt and notifies players of the outcome via their registered email address.
Account Updates
You are responsible for keeping your account information current. If your personal details change — including your registered mobile number, email address, or payment method — you must update your account profile or notify the support team promptly. gn999 cannot be held responsible for failed communications or transaction errors arising from outdated account information.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
gn999 processes all player transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports a range of payment methods commonly used across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported payment methods and their applicable limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your account.
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on gn999 is ৳500. gn999 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Standard mobile operator network charges from your provider (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk) may apply and are outside of gn999's control.
Deposits are credited to your gn999 account balance within 60 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a deposit delay exceeding 15 minutes, please contact the support team with your transaction reference number for investigation.
gn999 accepts funds only from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted. Any such deposits identified will be returned to their source and may trigger an account review.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Cashier section of your gn999 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method for outgoing transactions.
Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must have successfully completed KYC verification (see Section 3). This is a one-time process. Subsequent withdrawals from a verified account are typically processed within minutes for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, and within one working day for bank transfer methods.
gn999 does not apply withdrawal processing fees. However, your bank or mobile money provider may charge their standard outgoing transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
Transaction Limits
Specific deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day, depending on the payment method selected. These limits are displayed in the Cashier section and may be subject to change. Players may contact the support team to discuss higher limits where applicable, subject to enhanced verification.
Currency & Exchange
All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on gn999 are denominated in BDT. gn999 does not perform currency conversion and does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. If your payment method involves an international currency, your bank or payment provider will apply their standard exchange rate, and gn999 has no control over or liability for such conversions.
Bonuses & Promotions
gn999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time each promotion is presented. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by the applicable bonus terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.
Wagering Requirements
Most bonuses issued by gn999 carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x), which represents the total amount you must wager before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place a total of ৳20,000 in eligible bets before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn.
Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet staked, while live casino games, sports betting, and other game types may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all. The exact contribution rates for each game category are stated in the specific bonus terms.
Bonus Expiry
All bonuses are subject to an expiry period, which begins from the time the bonus is credited to your account. If the applicable wagering requirement is not completed within the specified period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
Bonus Abuse
gn999 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Prohibited bonus-related activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; systematic low-risk wagering designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent (so-called "bonus hunting"); using betting patterns that exploit specific game mechanics in conjunction with an active bonus; and any form of collusion with other players to collectively satisfy wagering requirements.
Where gn999 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, we reserve the right to void the bonus, recalculate the account balance removing any bonus-derived winnings, and permanently close the account. Our decision in such matters is final.
Promotional Offers
gn999 periodically runs promotional events tied to cricket fixtures including the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup, as well as seasonal campaigns around Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and other occasions. All promotional offers are available for a limited time only, are subject to specific eligibility criteria, and may be modified or withdrawn at gn999's discretion at any time.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming activity on gn999 is subject to the following general rules. Product-specific rules (for example, rules governing specific casino games or sports betting markets) are available within each game or betting section of the platform and should be reviewed before participating.
Bet Acceptance
gn999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: a bet has been placed on an event whose outcome is already known; the odds quoted contained a manifest error; the bet was placed using an automated or scripted mechanism; or the account holder is suspected of match-fixing, insider knowledge, or other prohibited conduct.
Palpable Errors
In the event that odds, paylines, payout multipliers, or other bet-defining parameters are displayed incorrectly due to a technical or human error — commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "obvious error" — gn999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. This applies regardless of whether the error was discovered before or after bets were settled. gn999 will not honour winnings derived from a palpable error.
Game Fairness
All casino games available on the gn999 platform — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe; live casino tables from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi; and all other game titles — use independently certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Sports Betting
Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey, and all other covered sports — are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each sport and event type. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body (ICC, FIFA, etc.) at the time of settlement shall be final.
Account Balance
Your real-money account balance on gn999 does not carry interest. gn999 holds player funds in a segregated account separate from operational funds to ensure that player balances are protected. Balances held in dormant accounts (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ৳100 per month after written notice is provided to the registered email address.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gn999 platform. Engaging in any of the below will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances and pending withdrawals.
- Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud gn999 or other players, including the use of stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments.
- Money Laundering: Using gn999 as a vehicle to launder funds of criminal origin, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gameplay intent, or structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds.
- Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated mechanism to place bets, interact with games, or perform account functions in a manner not available to ordinary users via the standard platform interface.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players, accounts, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or sports betting market.
- Match Fixing & Insider Betting: Placing bets using knowledge of a pre-determined or manipulated sporting outcome, or facilitating match-fixing in any form.
- Chargebacks: Initiating an illegitimate chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile money provider after a deposit has been credited and used for gaming activity.
- Impersonation: Registering an account or conducting transactions using another person's identity, documentation, or payment credentials.
- System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected system error must be reported immediately and will not be honoured.
- Offensive Conduct: Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language towards gn999 support staff or other players in any communication channel provided by the platform.
gn999 employs advanced risk management and fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is identified, gn999 reserves the right to act immediately without prior notice, including suspending access to the account and initiating an investigation. The outcome of any investigation conducted by gn999 is final and binding.
Account Suspension & Closure
gn999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where gn999 has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:
- The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- The account holder is under the age of 18.
- Suspicious activity has been detected on the account that may indicate fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
- A chargeback or payment reversal has been initiated by the account holder or their payment provider.
- The account holder has requested self-exclusion via the responsible gaming tools or directly through the support team.
- Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to gn999.
Voluntary Closure
You may request the closure of your gn999 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. gn999 will send a written notification to the registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to keep their account active and to ensure their contact details remain up to date.
Appeals
If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you may submit a written appeal to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving notification of the closure. Appeals must include your registered account details and a clear explanation of the grounds for the appeal. gn999 will respond to all appeals within 10 working days of receipt.
